Hot Coals has been supplying tasty, authentic wood-fired pizzas throughout Melbourne since 2008.

Our mobile catering team can cater small backyard parties, children's birthdays, 21sts, 40ths, weddings, office parties, outdoor picnics, corporate functions, christmas parties, school fundraisers/events, festivals and more. We provide our catering services all over Melbourne/Victoria. Our pizza oven is nearly twice the size of others so we can cook up to 200 small pizzas an hour! We will happily organise a Pizza Buffet for just 20 pizza lovers, wait on 200 party guests providing pizza slices and pastries as finger food, or set up a Food Stall for thousands of food / wine or music festival patrons. We can provide pre-topped pizzas or top them to order or you can top your own.

Our pizza bases are just right - not too thin, not too thick and come in Regular, Wholemeal or Gluten-Free. They are approx. 8 inches/20cm across (the small size in pizza shops and the ideal personal-size pizza), but we can also provide 6 inch/15cm pizzas for children's parties.

We have the popular toppings: Margarita, Hawaiian, Capriccioso, Vegetarian, Pepperoni and BBQ Meat Lovers... plus a gourmet selection which includes Roast Pumpkin, Tandoori Chicken and Moroccan Lamb. You can even design your own from our list of available toppings.
