Our mobile catering team can cater small backyard parties, children's birthdays, 21sts, 40ths, anniversaries, weddings, office parties, outdoor picnics, corporate functions, christmas parties, school fundraisers, events, festivals and much much more...
We provide our catering services all over Melbourne / Victoria. With our large trailer-mounted pizza oven we can cook over 100 pizzas an hour! The possibilities are endless. We will happily organise a Pizza Buffet for just 20 pizza lovers or wait on 200 party guests providing pizza slices and pastries as finger food, or set up a food stall for thousands of festival patrons.
So if you are planning your next party or event, relax sit back and let Hot Coals cater with no mess and no fuss! Our mobile catering team can set up prior to your guests' arrival and leave quietly after we finish serving, leaving no sign that we were ever there except for satisfied bellies!
Our popular hot and tasty, authentic wood-fired pizzas are cooked fresh in our mobile pizza oven. Pizza slices make fabulous finger food for parties but we can also serve whole gournet style pizzas.

PIZZA BUFFET
• Labelled platters of pre-ordered fresh wood-fired and sliced Pizzas are topped up as required
WAITER SERVICE
• Slices of fresh woodfired pizzas are offered to your guests as finger food along with serviettes, or whole pizzas are served to seated guests
COUNTER SERVICE
• Pre-ordered pizzas are cooked when requested
MAKE-YOUR-OWN
• We supply the pizza bases, you supply and add the toppings, and we cook them for you.
Paper plates & serviettes are provided, plates & cutlery may be hired, and boxes may be purchased.
