1. How do I confirm my booking?

 

A deposit is required to secure your preferred date for your event.

 

2. Does Hot Coals cater to dietary requirements?

 

Of course! We pride ourselves on catering to all our customers with special dietary requirements. Just let us know and we will offer suitable options for your guests.

 

3. Does Hot Coals need to use our kitchen?

 

No. Hot Coals can be completely self sufficient. We prefer to use our own woodfired facilities for that authentic flavour; but we can use your kitchen if you would like.

 

4. What types of food service does Hot Coals offer?

 

Hot Coals can provide Cocktail, Buffet, Platters to Table & Table Service - or any combination of those, for your event.  Call us to discuss your requirements.

 

5. What payment methods does Hot Coals accept?

 

We accept Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit, & Credit Card: MasterCard & VISA (a 2% surcharge applies to credit cards).

Please note direct debit & cheque payments must clear prior to your event.

 

6. What other services does Hot Coals offer?

 

Hot Coals also provides staff hire, hospitality training, team building & event planning.
